Returns and Exchanges...We want you to LOVE your handcrafted piece from Heather Michelle designs.  If for any chance you do not, please contact us at hm@HeatherMichelledesigns.net  and we will arrange to exchange your purchase.

*Within 10 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange your purchase for another available item or for store credit. 

 Please note that the shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. 

In order to return an item you must email your order number, item name, and reason for the return.  We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and mailing address via email.  We cannot process a return without an RMA number.

The returning piece must be unused and packed properly with bubble wrap in a small box or padded envelope.  We will not accept responsibility for pieces returned damaged during shipping.

An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of return.

Sales tax...We charge sales tax to all orders shipped to Virginia.

Shipping and Handling... We ship to all countries.  All orders are shipped through USPS 1st class.  Shipping & Handling is $5.00 per order unless otherwise noted.
